ELECTRONIC OFFERS/BIDS Effective 1 April 1999, responses to all solicitations published from that date on will only be accepted in a paperless electronic format compatible with TACOM software. Contractors will be required to submit their responses in one of the following electronic mediums: email, 3 1/2 inch diskette, CD-ROM or 100 megabyte compressed-disk. Offers/bids are to be emailed to Offers@tacom.army.mil. The subject line of email submissions must read "Offer-[Solicitation Number], Closes [Closing Date]." Maximum size of emailed offers shall not exceed 6 megabytes. Compressed files must be self-extracting and have appropriate instructions to open.
