The U. S. Army is contemplating a sole source procurement of the BELRF Kits from Raytheon Systems Company (RSC), El Segundo, CA. The requirement includes three program option years production of the BELRF Kits Requirement, plus options for associated spare parts. Planned Fiscal Year (FY) production requirements are 254 BELRF Kits in FY 00; 300 BELRF Kits in FY 01; 310 BELRF Kits in FY 02; and 284 BELRF Kits in FY 03. Foreign industry may participate at the subcontractor level in relation to the BELRF Kit prime contractor, RSC. Subcontracting opportunities must be arranged between the prime contractor and any potential subcontractors. Foreign industry and/or U. S. citizens desiring a copy of the releasable portion of the solicitation must submit an official request through their respective embassy, Washington D. C. to HQDA, ATTN: DAMI-POC.
