The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region has a requirement to procure approximately 640,000 lbs. of extruded, frozen, semi-moist fish feed for ginerling and smelt size salmon. Feed shall contain high levels of best quality fish protein and low phosphorus with a shelf-life of 90 days at 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Feed shall be packed in 50 pound sealed and lined paer bags. Additionally, the fish feed must be shipped in refrigerated vans or insulted to prevent thawing. A particular contractor has previously been able to provide this service to the satisfaction of the BOR. Interested contractors shall provide information, to include previous successful experience providing this product, to this office not later than April 23, 1999. Documentation shall include the types of fish food deli vered as well as identification of the customers for whom the product was provided (with names, telephone numbers, point of contact; and substantiate experience), and cost of services provided.
