The contractor shall provide the technical assistance needed in the analysis, definition development, programming documentation user support and other services needed to support the research and migration to alternative operational architectures of the Health Care Financing Administration's Customer Information System, (HCIS) General Purpose Front End (GPFE). The following are mandatory requirements: 1)experience creating Web enabled databases within the HCFA web architectures; 2)experience designing solutions for the HCIS General Purpose Front End (GPFE); 3)experience troubleshooting integration problems between the GPFE, HCIS ORACLE databases, and the HCFA infrastructure.
