Tate, DARPA/CMD, FAX (703) 696-2208 The Defense Advanced Research Project Agency intends to issue a fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Sullivan Haave Associates, Inc. of Arlington, Virginia. The contractor is required to provide program support to DARPA's Information Systems Office (ISO) in the development of acquisition/transition strategies for specified classified programs, including classified literature searches and data collection, program planning and scheduling, manpower planning, logistics and administration, etc. It is also to assist in the data collection for functional, operational and supporting analyses to support the integration of DARPA/ISO technologies into user environments. The contractor is further required to perform risk assessments on technology programs and technology transition within the ISO, DARPA and user community. The estimated value of this effort is $100,000 and the estimated duration is twelve (12) months. Sullivan Haave Associates, Inc. is the only source known to the Government with the capabilities, in-depth expertise, and personnel that can satisfy the requirements.
