The USDA, ARS, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, a six month contract with two three month options, Cost plus Award Fee contract for facilities operations, maintenance and administrative support services at the Eastern Regional Research Center in Wynmoor, Pennsylvania. The contractor will be required to provide electrical, plumbing, HVAC, health and safety, heating, carpentry, pipefitting, janitorial, reception, supply, mail room, asbestos abatement and administrative support services effective April 1, 1999. There is a collective bargining agreement governing this site. This site is under a moderization effort and contractor is required to interact with other contractors onsite.
