The DHHS/DAM/ADP Acquisitions Branch, Rockville, Maryland, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an organization located in the greater Washington DC Metropolitan area to provide technical, logistical and general use support for the Office on Women's Health (OWH). The Contractor must be able to respond to 200 Independence Ave., SW, Washington DC within 45 minutes. The Contractor shall provide logistical support in the planning and coordination of conferences, workshops and focus groups; develop slides and other audiovisual materials; develop fact sheets, brochures, speeches, news releases and scientific feature and news articles; develop monographs, resource guides, videotapes and accompanying educational material and communication/media support; conduct national educational campaigns; and coordinate general services and product as required by the OWH. The anticipated period of performance shallbe one (1) twelve month Basic period and four (4) twelve-month Option periods.
