The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to provide reproduction, document delivery and related services to the public and the NRC Public Document Room staff (acting as the public's representative) related to paper-to-paper reproduction, microform-to-paper (blowback) reproduction, microform-to microform reproduction, 3-1/2" computer diskette reproduction, video cassette reproduction, audio tape reproduction, photographic reproduction, full text/citation reproduction, compact disk (CD-ROM) duplication, and compact disk (CD-ROM) to paper duplication . A no-cost contract will result from this solicitation. Compensation to the Contractor shall be from the customers. The base period of performance is two years, with a one year option. A fixed-price requirements type contract is anticipated. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for the services required is 7334. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set-aside. The small business size standardis annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not-to-exceed $5 million. Document reproduction services are currently being performed by Qualex International under NRC contract number NRC-17-97-137.
