The road work includes constructing/reconstructing access roads, interior campground roads and camping spurs. The major items of road work include clearing and grubbing, excavation, borrow, drainage improvements, obliteration of existing roadways, aggregate base, asphalt surfacing, erosion protection, stripping, concrete sidewalk, sign installation, barrier rocks, wheelstops, quality control, and seeding. The major recreation facilities work items include the construction of site entrance signs, gates, fee stations, facility pads, tent pads, assessable tables, grills, recreation signing, gravel trails, post and pole timber fence, unit markers and handpump installaion in existing wells. This solicitation will be issued using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of commercial Items. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is solicited pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
