Environmental Control Unit (ECU) system for cooling the Elevated Equipment Room (EER) currently being redesigned by Harris Corporation for the AN/GSC-52 Satellite Terminal Systems located worldwide. The ECU shall consist of a split chiller design approach which includes compressor, pump, storage tank external to the EER and an air handler unit internal to the EER. The ECU system shall be capable of operating up to 15 minutes of power outage provided to the chiller. The ECU will be hemp protected.
