Department of Veterans Affairs, National Acquisition Center, Hines, Illinois, will hold a pre-solicitation conference on April 13, 1999, to discuss and receive comments from private industry on a draft solicitation for a pending medical/surgical prime vendor procurement. The pending procurement will include Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs) 1-4, 9, 12, 19,and VA facilities in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Fargo, North Dakota. The conference will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Rosemont Suites Hotel O'Hare, 5500 North River Road, Rosemont, Ill. Issuance of a draft solicitation will be made on or about March 22, 1999. Please note that the draft document is for comments and discussions only.
