Sponsorship needed for two major music artists, bands, sound & lighting, lodging, transportation, and a fireworks show. The AmericaFest will be conducted on Kadena AB flight line. The event is a Open House to all military, civilian and contract personnel and to the general public. We entertain more than 300,000 American, Okinawan,and Japanese visitors and their families at this event. Entertainment will include concerts, from international and local entertainers. Sponsorship valued at $100,000. Companies will have the opportunity to conduct promotions (from the end of May until the event) and display advertising information, products and booths on site for 3 days. Sponsorship Contributions begin with BRONZE LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: $1,500; SILVER LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: $5,000; GOLD LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: $18,000; PLATINUM LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: $25,000.
