B -- U.S. ARMY ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING PROGRAM CONCEPT PLAN SOL DACA31-99-T-0073 DUE 040899 POC Jackie Henderson (410)962-3529 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate with Conrad Associates for the following services which requires the contractor to coordinate with the points of contact assigned by the U.S. Army Environmental Center to provide the necessary personnel, materials and equipment to accomplish the task of: Develop management Plan, Gather Program Information, Analyze & Produce Draft Concept Plan Outline, Develp Written Concept Plan, Revise Plan and Deliver Final Documents. The objectives of the U.S. Army Environmental Training Program Concept Plan are as follows: Preparation of a Concept Plan for Army environmental training; the developer of the Concept Plan, starting with the original AETMP goals, will reconsider and recommend modified program objectives and future implementation actions based on a cleare delineation of existing and future Army organizational responsibliities, and will also make recommendations for successful measures of merit/end states for the program and for followup actions. The plan will be a modified version of a CAPSTONE O&O Plan, with the underlying document not to exceed 10 pages, plus no more than 8 appendices of additional or supporting information. All responsible sources may submit a proposal identifying their capability to respond to this requirement by April 8, 1999 which shall be considered by this agency.
