(202)307-3069 Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for
substance abuse treatment for male/female Federal offenders in the
Erie, Pennsylvania area, held under the authority of various United
States Statutes. A Firm-Fixed-Price-Requirements type contract with a
two year base period and three option years is anticipated. Services
for the base period of October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2001 shall
include services for five (5) inmates as follows: intake assessment(one
per inmate), individual counseling (30-half hour sessions per inmate),
and family counseling(3-half hour sessions per inmate). Services for
Option Year One, the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002
shall include services for three(3) inmates as follows: intake
assessment(one per inmate), individual counseling(3-half hour sessions
per inmate), and family counseling(3-half hour sessions per inmate).
Services for Option Year Two, the period October 1, 2002 through
September 30, 2003 shall include services for three(3) inmatesas
follows: intake assessment(one per inmate), individual
counseling(30-half hour sessions per inmate), and family
counseling(3-half hour sessions per inmate). Services for Option Year
Three, the period October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 shall
include services for three(3) inmates as follows: intake assessment(one
per inmate), individual counseling(30-half hour sessions per inmate),
and family counseling(3-half hour sessions per inmate). All services
shall be performed in accordance with the Transitional Services
Statement of Work "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT)
(Non-Residential) Substance Abuse Treatment" dated March, 1999. Proper
licensing in the state of Pennsylvania is required. The estimated
issue date for the Request for Proposals(RFP) is April 22, 1999. The
estimated closing date for the Request for Proposals(RFP) is May 21,
1999. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be
considered by this agency. No collect phone calls will be accepted. No
