J -- MAINTENANCE COULTER BLOOD CELL COUNTER SOL IFB 521-031-99 DUE 041999 POC Teresa Posey (205) 933-4492 The DVAMCs Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, AL require full on site service maintenance, repair services and preventive maintenance inspections for the Coulter STKS Blood Cell Counter; Coulter Counter Model MAX-M-ALR and Coulter Counter Model MAXIM for the period of May 1, 1999 through September 30, 1999 with two (2) one year renewal options. Service calls will be placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The contractor shall be required to respond to all service calls within four (4) hours of notification and be on site within twenty four (24) hours for the Birmingham DVAMC. The contractor shall be required to respond to all service calls within four (1) hour of notification and be on site within four (4) hours for the Tuscaloosa DVAMC.
