The following services will be competed among commercial contractors for selection and comparison against the governments Most Efficient Organization (MEO). This is a multi-wing effort which includes Peterson AFB, CO, Patrick AFB, FL, Malmstrom AFB, MT, F.E. Warren AFB, WY, Schriever AFB, CO, Vandenburg AFB, CA, and Buckley Air National Guard (ANG) Base, CO. The task elements include, military personnel records management for Unit Personnel Record Group (UPRG) records, Military and Civilian Awards and Decorations, Education Services, Formal Training, Base Training Management (On-the-Job Training (OJT)), Military Testing, and Civilian Training.
