Project consists of a 30,000 sf lab/office bldg. with attached 23,000 sf tank/aquaria building for raising various species of fish for experimentation. Specialty structures include a water treatment system for rearing fish, including ozone treatment, activated carbon treatment, degassing, and a UV filtration system. The estimated cost range for this project is over $10 million. The design is in metric. Completion time is 365 days. A Pre-Bid Conference will be announced in the solicitation.
