The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials and performing all work in accordance with the specifications. The work to be performed will include, but will not be limited to, painting and repairs of Family Housing quarters. This is a requirements contract for the period 15 April 1999 to 15 June 1999. Since this is an emergency buy, the solicitation will only be published for 7 days prior to issuance of the solicitation and will be on the street 10 days. Project range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Award will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
