Item no. one is for 449 each Barel Assembly, NSN: 1005-00-608-5001, P/N: 7269027. The Assmbly is about 20 inches long, 1 3/16 inches in diameter tapering to 1/2 inch in diameter. The Barrel Assembly consists of a Barrel Assembly with gas system, suppressor, bipod assembly, and front sight. Item two is for the Breech Bolt for a quantity of 2,995 each, NSN: 1005-00-872-4441, P/N: 11010358. The Breech Bolt is about 6 5/8 inches long by one inch in diameter, detailed, close tolerance machining is required in the manufacture of this items. Item three is for the Operating Rod Assembly, NSN: 1005-00-183-0572, P/N: 9362510. The Assembly is about 20 inches long by 3/4 inch in diameter and consists of two pins, a roller, two rivets, a yoke, tube, and major parts are made from steel. End Use: M60 Machine Gun. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed procurement will be a three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract. Estimated date of issue is 31 Mar 99.
