This office anticipates the acquisition of a commercial item in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 as supplemented. The objective of this effort will be the delivery of a Tunable Diode Laser System with a desired tunability range 980-995nm, SDL part SDL-TC40-2798-0000, quantity 1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Firms responding must submit technical/functional documentation (i.e., technical/functional literature, brochures, etc.) for a tunable diode laser system. The technical/functional documentation shall provide sufficient technical/functional data in order for the project officer to determine whether the product meets the required form, fit, and function requirements.
