Capitol Avenue, San Jose, CA 95132-0100. The objective of this effort will be the delivery of an Optical Spectrum Analyzer, Ando Model AQ6317, quantity 1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This office anticipates the acquisition of a commercial item in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 as supplemented. Firms responding must submit technical/functional documentation (i.e., technical/functional literature, brochures, etc.) for the analyzer. The technical/functional documentation shall provide sufficient technical/functional data in order for the project officer to determine whether the product meets the required form, fit, and function requirements. Potential offerors must be able to successfully demonstrate the capability to deliver this analyzer and delivery time of 30 days after receipt of award to Kirtland Air Force Base, NM 87117. Packaging is standard commercial packaging for optical spectrum analyzers. In addition, firms responding should indicate if they are a Small Business, a Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business, an 8(a) qualified business, or Woman-owned Business.
