This solicitation for commercial items issued by the Contracting Office at Travis AFB CA is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12 as supplemented. This acquisition is being issued as a Request for Quotation(RFQ). The solicitation document with its incorporated provisions and clauses is available for download at WWW.EPS.GOV or it will be e-mailed to vendors requesting it through e-mail channels. No paper copies will be mailed or faxed. Quotations with completed Reps and Certs may be e-mailed as attachments in (.rtf)(.pfd) or MS Word version 6 or lower. The Government will not be responsible for lost, returned, misdirected or unreadable e-mail responses. All pricing must be FOB Destination and quotations are due by close of business, 5:00 p.m. PST 26 march 1999.
