The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable to this procurement. Technical specificaitons are: 1. Self contained unit; 2. Towable by 50,000 #gvw truck highway legal; 3. Capacity 3-cubic yard loader, 8 foot width; 4. Double vibrating screening decks with changeable screens (upper deck screen 4"; lower deck screen 1 1/2"); 5. Engine-diesel, 25 or higher HP, low oil & high temperature automatic shutdown; 6. Power system-hydrostatic oil driven; 7. Hydraulic powered leveling system; 8. Staking belt, hydraulically powered, foldable for transport, capable of producing8 ft. stockpile; 9. Emergency kill switch for saftey; 10. Engine compartments needs to be lockable for vandal resistance. Delivery date is 5/1/99 or will be negotiated.
