The synopsis of A-E-5(99) previously posted on February 24, 1999, is amended as follows: The second paragraph, which lists preliminary screening criteria is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following two paragraphs substituted therefore: "The following is a listing of criteria that will be used in the preliminary screening of the A-E firms responding to this announcement. A-E firms must meet these requirements to be considered for the work: 1. Respond to his announcement for this solicitation; 2. Provide a Standard Form 254 and Standard Form 255, dated 1998; 3. Have the following disciplines located at the A-E's lead office: A. Minimum of 4 architects, B. Minimum of 1 interior designer; 4. Have production of cost estimating within the lead office; 5. Have registered professionals that will stamp all work provided; 6. Show evidence in the following experience profile codes: 015, 019, 023, 032, 036, 055, 056, 059, 061, 062, 072, 079, 080, 089, 101, 111, and 112; 7. Have the lead office located within 250 miles from Huntsville, Alabama; 8. Have a minimum of 12 employees located at the lead office. In the submittal, the A-E shall clearly define the location of the lead office as well as the capabilities and size of that particular office. Other company resources and experience should be shown separate from the lead office's resources and experience." All other information contained within the original synosis remains unchanged except that the deadline to submit responses to the synopsis is hereby extended to April 5, 1999.
