The ECS is defined as an aircraft air conditioning and heating system. This acquisition consists of the contractor performing qualification testing for the UH-60Q with resultant overall systems integration acceptability. The ECS UH-60Q component qualification requirements are summarized in ECS Airworthiness Qualification Matrix, Rev, C, 19 Jan 1999, (based on the requirements contained in Document Number SES-700128R1, 27 Jan 1999. The testing set forth will be predicated on the UH-60Q installation design. The aircraft description is Model Number UH-60Q, Drawing Number 70309-2801, Rev R-1, Nomemclature Vapor Cycle Air Conditioning System. The contractor shall conduct the performance, safety and environmental tests in accordance with the guidance within the statement of work. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the designer, integrator and prime manufacturer of the UH-60Q BLACK HAWK Helicopter. The Government anticipates awarding a sole source contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06497-9129.
