Provide A/E Open End Architectural indefinite delivery contract for A/E services for the development and completion of drawings, specifications, design calculations and cost estimates for tasks between Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System and the A/E for a variety of assignments involving both campus (Montgomery and Tuskegee, AL) buildings, grounds and roadways. The A/E shall upon receipt of a duly executed task order perform all investigations and design services required of this contract for each project. The basic contract period for all contracts will be one (1) year with four (4) option years for a maximum duration of five years. One year contract period will not exceed $250,000.00. The area of consideration is limited to A/E firms located within a 50 mile radius of the medical center. This is not a request for proposals, only SF 254"s and 255"s are required to be submitted.
