Miller, Contracting Officer, (703)810-4796 The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has the requirement to provide presentation capabilities for the DTRA Dulles West Conference Room located at DTRA Headquarters Dulles, VA. This effort shall encompass the design, procurement, installation, programming, integration and testing of the presentation hardware and software. The hardware shall include, but not be limited to, LCD flat plasma screens with speakers, a cart to accommodate the screens, custom lecturn in accordance with the DTRA specifications and ancillary equipment to be identified in the Request For Quotations. All hardware and software utilized in this effort shall be compatible with existing hardware and software. This procurement is being solicited via Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is set aside for small business concerns in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.003(b)(1).
