Hall, kh175r@nih.gov. **THIS IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS UNDER SIC CODE 3999.** The National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health, intends to award a five-year contract to provide total professional and logistical support for the NCI Exhibit Program. Services provided will include, but are not limited to the following: (1) research and documentation of appropriate exhibiting opportunities in the medical/health professional tradeshow market; (2) consultation with a variety of NCI professional program staff to determine NCI needs and meeting selection; (3) pre-meeting negotiations with professional organizations concerning NCI exhibits; (4) logistical arrangements for shipping, set-up, dismantling, and exhibit services for each meeting; (5) provision of knowledgeable and appropriately-trained professionals to staff exhibits when needed; (6) post-exhibit evaluation of the impact of each exhibit and each season; (7) development, maintenance and logistical support of an extensive exhibit "library" available to NCI program staff; (8) maintenance of NCI Exhibit (intranet) website used to display exhibit graphics and support program scheduling and logistics; (9) development and production of appropriate and memorable messages and graphics for selected communications campaigns and programs, exhibit structures and target audiences; (10) design and fabrication of new customized exhibit structures and modification of old ones; (11) complete warehousing for up to 15,000 cubic feet of crated exhibit structures and containerized exhibit graphics; and (12) complete budget planning. The anticipated solicitation date is approximately 15 days after publication of this notice, and proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the issue date. No collect calls will be accepted.
