A solicitation document is not available at this time. This synopsis seeks qualified sources capable of providing commercial enterprise publishing services to produce a bi-monthly (every two months -- six times per calendar year) magazine in support of the Air Force Inspector General, Air Force Inspection Agency located at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. This magazine would be published under contract with a commercial publisher. The commercial publisher will sell advertising to cover costs and secure earnings, print the publication, and distribute the publication. Neither appropriated nor non-appropriated funds shall be used to pay for any part of a publisher's costs incurred in publishing a commercial enterprise publication. The right to contain and circulate advertising to the Air Force readership would constitute complete contractual consideration. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 2721; the applicable size standard is 500 employees. Clearly state whether your firm is large; small; a very small business; or 8(a) in relation to this SIC code and size standard. All sources capable of providing these services are asked to submit a Capabilities Package. The capabilities package shall include all of the following information: 1) name and address of firm, (2) size of business: express as both the average annual revenue for past 3 years and the number of current employees, (3) number of years in business; (5) two points of contact: name, title, phone, fax and e-mail; (6) DUNS Number; (7) affiliate information: parent corporation, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners, prime contractor (if your firm is a potential subcontractor) or subcontractors (if your firm is a potential prime contractor); (8) a list of customers covering the past 5 years: highlight relevant and similar work including a summary of work performed; contract or order number; dollar value for each contract/order listed; and customer point of contact with phone number. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any evaluation of their capabilities package. Respondents deemed fully qualified may be considered in any resulting solicitation.
