Size of new metal roof and structure is approximately 31,000 sq feet. Additionally, replace 3 story hydraulic elevator with new 4 story hydraulic elevator. All work will be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $1,000,000. SIC is 1541.
