The Army requires a contract to replace cooling system in Building 1292 located at Hunter AAF, GA. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following: remove and dispose of existing self contained computer room air conditioning unit, hot water piping, chilled water piping, potable water piping, ductwork and dampers; remove and dispose of existing thermostat and humidistat; provide and install new self contained computer room air conditioning unit, hot water piping, chilled water piping, potable water piping, ductwork and dampers; provide and install new thermostat and humidistat; connect existing ductwork to new return air plenum; reconnect to existing electrical service; and test and balance new heating/cooling system. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project is solicited on an unrestricted basis under SIC 1711. There is no charge for the solicitation package.
