The proposed contract will commence 15 days after notice of award for a period of one year with a guaranteed minimum of 5% of the total estimated quantity. The Government has the right to extend the contract for an additional one to twelve months not-to-exceed 36 months (one base year and two option years). This solicitation is issued unrestricted.
