DUE 041999 POC Reginald Burgess, Contracting Officer, 310-732-5236 Fax 310-732-5334 The Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island California is soliciting sources to provide all labor,tools,equipment and materials necessary to; (1)Connect five high voltage buffer switches and one high voltage transformer on the roof of the food service building; (2) Install conduit and wiring to connect the transformer to the 120/208 switchboard panel in food service; (3) Replace the transformer located on the reservation with the existing food service transformer. The government will provide the following items: (1) 5kv wire (paralleled on spool) (2) 3" ridgid conduit (3) #2 thhn ground wire(4) all breakers and mounting hardware (5) crane to move the transformer from food service to reservation (6) 2, 3-phase, 4 wire diesel generators, fuel and maintenance to provide temporary power to the food service area during regular power shut-down periods.
