Sutherlin, Contracting Officer, 910/432-2146 The Contractor shall provide support to convert Cassette audio language tapes to compact disks for an estimated 15 languages (approximately 385 tapes). Sound from the audio cassettes is to be digitally enhanced and free from background noise and static; tracks are to be clearly defined as to exercises; instructions for use of the material is to be included on each disk; disks are to be packaged as sets.
