The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Atlantic Ranges and Facilities, Metric and TSPI Systems Division has been tasked to replace 3 bit diode phase shifter elements for Multiple Target Instrumentation Radar (MIR),and seeks offerors, to provide first article test and manufacture of these shifter elements. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 3812, and the size standard is 750 employees. The capabilities statement should address the size of the company. This requirement will be a five (5) year requirements contract with indefinite delivery indefinite quantity with fixed price lots, an estimated quantity of 2000 units will be ordered over the contract term. The specifications of this order will be emailed or faxed upon request. It is anticipated to begin 31 October 1999 and end 31 October 2004.
