C -- A./E SERVICES SOL RFP 614-56-99 POC Florence Winfield, Contracting Officer 901-577-7227 C-A/E Services for Chiller Replacement- Intend to negotiate a sole source contract with Allen & Hoshall, 1661 International Drive, Memphis, TN 38120 for a follow-up contract for Chiller replacement. This A/E is the designer of the mechanical and electrical systems in the Seismic Project, for which they have performed a substantial amount of the work. Also, this new chiller arrangement has to be designed to work with the sytems already in the new building. The same Architect/Engineering Firm will keep the responsibility for a functional design.
