This contract will provide access to LEXIS which is an online full-text legal research service and access to NEXIS which is an online, full-text news research service, which contains over 100 publications. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent and not a request for proposal. All submissions must be received within forty five (45) days of the publication date of this synopsis.
