Acquisition is to be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price, five-year Requirements type contract. Minimum and Maximum Quantities are 30 each and 116 each including 6 each Foreign Military Sale (FMS), respectively. Estimated Quantities: 1st Year is 32 each, 2nd Year is 26 each, 3rd and 4th years are 21 each and 5th year is 16 each. Delivery is 5 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA), 12 each, 210 DACA and 13 each, 240 DACA, additional quantities up to 18 each per month beginning 180 DACA. This is a Flight Safety Part. Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required, 150 DACA. Technical data is not currently available to support competitive acquisition.
