The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire through full and open competition non-personal Contractor Field Services (CFS) for the Naval Aviation Engineering Service Unit by qualified personnel. The proposed procurement consists of one (1) task: 31976. Task 31976 supports the C-130T aircraft for Logistic Support. The basic contract period is 1 June 1999 through 30 September 1999. The tasks will also contain two (2) twelve month option periods and one (8) eight month option period. The period of performance, inclusive of options, will total 36 man months.
