Readjustment counseling services, for purposes of this contract, shall be for counseling provided by Social Workers, Psychologist or other counselors individually or in concert, specifically directed at social, psychological or behavioral problems which bear a distinct relationship to the process of readjustment from military duty during the Vietnam Era and other specified veterans of war. Modalities of readjustment counseling may include, individual, group and family counseling. Proposals outside the 50 mile radius of Huntington, WV will not be considered.
