The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing an open season, standing solicitation for Auditing Services and Financial Management Services. The resulting Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts will be for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), and will be under the Federal Supply Schedules program. The MAS contracts will be used by Federal agencies on a non-mandatory basis. There is no closing date for receipt of offers; therefore, offers may be submitted for consideration at any time. This Federal Supply Schedule does not have a beginning and ending date. The schedule period is continuous. Contracts awarded under this standing solicitation will have a contract period beginning on the date of award and last for five (5) years, unless canceled, terminated, or extended under an option period. Solicited services include: Auditing Services in this solicitation include: financial audits such as CFO Act financial statement audits; financial related audits such as financial compliance audits; other types of financial related audits; performance audits such as economy and efficiency audits; other miscellaneous activities of an audit organization which may include assisting a legislative body by developing questions for use at hearings and performing investigative work; and audit related training services to include but not limited to course development and instruction to support the audit and reviews, and compliance with government acts, Recovery Audits, and Transportation Audits (100% Set-Aside for Small Business), includes Prepayment and Postpayment Audits. The Financial Management Services in this solicitation include: Accounting Services; Budget Services, Financial Management Systems Service, Financial Reporting & Analysis Services, Financial Planning & Performance Measurement Services, Asset Management Services (specifically excludes sale of assets and loan servicing), Other Financial Management Services, Financial Management Related Training Services (100% Set-Aside for Small Business), Outsourcing Recurring Commercial Activities for Financial Management Services.
