TERM SALE OF ALUMINUM UBCS FOR RECYCLING Sales contract for the collection and recycling of crushed aluminum beverage cans (UBCs), collected curbside and from office buildings throughout Fort Belvoir. Contractor must provide an enclosed trailer with an opening for the can blower, and switch out the trailer as requested within 48 hours. Contract term is one year. Estimated weight is 30,000 pounds. Price shall be based on the published AMM Philadelphia price for UBCs. Anticipated issue date is NLT April 1, 1999.
