McGuire Air Force Base is planning on issuing a solicitation for the publication of a Base Guide and Base Map to be known as the McGuire Newcomers Guide and the Welcome to McGuire Base Map. Both publications are commercial enterprise products published to provide Air Force people information about the mission of their command, installation or community services available and local geography and history. Editorial content pertaining to the guide shall be based on information prepared and submitted by the McGuire Air Force Base Public Affairs Division. The publisher agrees to bear all costs and expenses of publishing the guide and map. All proceeds from the sale of advertisements appearing in the guide or map, go to the publisher, who agrees to look exclusively to such advertising sales for all publishing costs and profits, if any.
