Da Contractor is to provide Military Freefall Parachute Training of U.S. Miltiary personnel, allied forces personnel, DoD and Federal Government Agencies at Yuma Proving Grounds, AZ for the period 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000 with two (2) one-year option periods. Contractor will be a working employee and all employees shall be a former Military Freefall Instructor or a Premediated Parachute Program (P3) Instructor with a MFF Jumpmaster rating. All employees will be a graduate of an approved DoD Instructor Trainer's course (ITC). Contract employees shall have light infantry or Special Operations experience. Preferably with Special Forces, SEALS, US Army Rangers, Marine Force Recon, Long Range Surveillance Unit or USAF Pararescue Jumper/Control Teams. Contractor and employees shall be able to pass and maintain a complete physical exam with no specific duty limitations, without physical, or life threatening illnesses that cound hamper training. Contractor and employees shall posses a current AF Form 1274 (Chamber Card) and Class II Flight Physical. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this acquisiton is 8299.
