The work consists of providing labor, materials, and services to reroof Building N211. Work includes removal of antennas and equipment, removal of existing corrugated aluminum and built-up roofing, removal of asbestos, installation of new PVC single ply roofing system, installation of stairs and handrails. Approximate size of roof is 840 squares. The order of magnitude for the procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 and the effort shall be completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Full and open competition. The SIC Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 1761 and $7 Mil, respectively. The anticipated release date of the IFB/RFO is on or about April 30, 1999 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about June 1, 1999.
