The National Guard Bureau is seeking industry input and comment on the proposed procurement of environmental engineering, professional, technical support and remediation services for the Air National Guard. A Draft RFP will be issued on or about 23 Mar 99 via email to all respondents to the Notice of Proposed Procurement of 24 Feb 99 (CBDNet) and 1 Mar 99 (CBD Publication). A response to this notice is not required, except for those who have not previously responded. The date, time and location of the Preproposal Conference has not changed. The conference will be held on Thursday, 1 Apr 99 at 1 p.m. at the Colorado Convention Center, Room A201 in Denver, Colorado. All prospective offerors are encouraged to review the Draft RFP and submit questions and comments broken down into the two categories previously identified: (1) Technical Issues and Scope of Work -- Description of Services and (2) Contracting and RFP Issues. Written questions and comments should be submitted by email to Richard Parkerson at ParkersonR@ngb.ang.af.mil no later than 31 Mar 99 for discussion at the Preproposal Conference. Prospective offeror's planning on attending the Conference should email Richard Parkerson at the above email address with their firm's name and address and the names of the individuals planning on attending. Prospective offerors are asked to limit their attendance to two representatives. Acquisition milestones will be discussed at the Preproposal Conference and will subsequently be published in CBD.
