The work consists of replacing a 25 ton air cooled condensing unit (ACCU) and associated equipment. The existing ACCU is connected to two air handlers; heating is provided with two gas-fired forced air furnaces. The wood flooring and floor joists in the equipment rooms will also need to be repaired/replaced. ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 45 DAYS. The SIC Code assigned to this procurement is 7623.
