The project consists of two tasks. Task One includes the removal of approximately 150 linear feet of above ground temporary heating line, and replacement of approximately 250 linear feet of direct burial heating line with pre-fab dual-wall conduit system. Task Two is the replacement of existing low temperature hot water lines in a walk-through underground tunnel. This includes the replacement of approximately 10,000 linear feet of asbestos pipe insulation with fiberglass insulation, and replacement of 5,000 linear feet of low temperature hot water lines. Estimate cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for entire project. Offerors shall request a copy of the solictiation via e-mail or fax as identified above.
