20 -- AN/BPS-16(V) RADAR PROGRAM SOL N00024-99-R-5214 POC Contact Person, Contracting Officer, G. Michael Dodd, SEA 02522, (703) 602-8000 Ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award sole source Contract N00024-99-C-5214 with Litton-Sperry Marine, Inc. of 1070 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22901 for production of 3 (three) AN/BPS-16 (V) Radars. The award is to include engineering supplies, services, and support, and installation material. Litton-Sperry Marine is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the sole producer of the AN/BPS-16 (V) Radar. Therefore, no other firm possesses the technical expertise required to perform the work that will be required by the Government. This new contract will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
