The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision to install an Infrared Heating System in Building 974, Fort Richardson, Alaska. This project includes, but is not limited to, the following work: A. Provide and install all pumps, tubing, valves, burners, and appurtenances for a complete infrared heating system. B. Provide and install control panels and thermostats compatible with the infrared heating system and operation parameters. C. Provide and install new motors, bearings, conductors, and ductwork necessary to rebuild and modify existing exhaust system per drawings and specifications. This project is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and the Government will consider and evaluation preference for small disadvantaged business concerns under the test program for construction acquisitions.
